  • FGC has co-invested with friends, family, and other capital partners. We are open to building new co-investing relationships.

  • Capital partners have invested equity as well as provided debt on our projects.

  • FGC can also act as a strict investment manager/operating partner to invest your capital in your own deals. For example, we sourced, remodeled, and re-sold residential deals for a family fund using their own capital on a fee-only basis.

  • Panam Properties is our CA licensed real estate brokerage.

  • Panam Properties can provide turn key brokerage services to sell your property or represent you in a purchase with unbeatable low fees.

  • We cover the entire San Francisco bay area, with specialized market focus in the Peninsula (Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park) and Alameda County (Fremont, Union City, Hayward).

  • Panam also acts as an intermediary in Hard Money loans. This includes executing disclosures/pre-close processing, writing the documents, and servicing the loan. It has done so with FGC's own capital as well as for 3rd party hard money lenders.

  • We cover the entire San Francisco bay area, with specialized market focus in the Peninsula (Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park) and Alameda County (Fremont, Union City, Hayward).
